**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of Lead Management, Sales Process, and Team Installation success.
- Recruit, train, develop and drive performance of Project Design Specialists (PDSs).
- Manage, coach, delegate and lead team members to accomplish regional sales and customer service goals.
- Hit individual and team sales goals.
- Run effective, motivating, educational weekly sales meetings for the team.
- Establish effective working relationships with employees, clients, crews, and vendors.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to members of management and sales team.
- Establish and maintain accountability for overall sales performance of PDSs.
- Drive self-generated sales from team.
- Strategically respond to issues with practical solutions.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
