Required skills include:
- Obtaining medical histories
- Proper animal restraint and handling
- Administering SQ, IM, IV injections and SQ fluids
- IV catheterization and venipuncture/phlebotomy
- Lab work (in-house and reference lab)
- Radiographic positioning
- Working independently and as part of a team
- A positive and helpful attitude and a willingness to learn
- Client communication
The pay range for this position ranges from $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience and credential status. We offer 8-hour shifts. Weekday and Saturday availability is required.
