**Job Title: Operations Specialist - Wires**
**What you will bring**:
**Essential Duties**:
- Process inbound/outbound domestic and international wire transfers.
- Handle requests for foreign exchange currency purchase/sales.
- Monitor Fed account activity and balances to facilitate fund movement.
- Assist in processing and settling daily incoming ACH file activity.
- Monitor communications between foreign banks and the Bank through the SWIFT Network.
- Process requests concerning wire investigations and vendor compliance.
- Process foreign cash letter/collection checks.
- Maintain daily logs of international wire activity & foreign transaction processing.
- Maintain communication with client banks and vendors regarding international activity.
- Utilize various resources to assist with inquiries, issues, and technical problems.
- Willingness to learn other duties within the department for coverage purposes.
- Deliver superior levels of customer support and service.
**Non-Essential Duties**:
- Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications/Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in bank operations or related positions required.
- Exceptional accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
- Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
- Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes.
- Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills.
