- No**Duties and Responsibilities**
- 1. **Administrative Support to the Executive Director (55%)** Supports the Executive Director with administrative tasks to ensure effective management and efficient execution by the Executive Director that include but are not limited to:

a. EIC Master Calendar and Executive Director calendar management,
b. Manage Executive Director schedule inkling meetings, speaking engagements and appointments and schedules,
d. Complete travel documents and reconciliation for the Executive Director and EIC team following general instructions and campus procedures.
2. **General Administrative Support to the **EIC** (30%)**-b. Create meeting agendas in collaboration with the ED and EIC team and prepare minutes and notes from meetings for distribution.
c. Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors. Independently handles procedural and substantive matters and inquiries that do not require technical knowledge or refer callers to others as appropriate.
d. Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments for the Center.
e. Prepares background and support materials following general instructions.
f. Maintains paper and electronic filing systems that meet the Executive Director and department needs and satisfy retention and information security requirements. Enters, updates, and retrieves information as needed.

3. **EIC** Front Desk Coverage (10%)**
- a. Provide front desk support and coverage to ensure the Center guests are welcome and registered at the EIC.

**Education**
- High School Diploma or GED
An associate degree is preferred.**Experience**
- Two (2) years experience providing administrative support**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to proofread and edit written documents.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties courteously and efficiently.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple and continuing assignments with general instructions
