**Office Manager**
**General Description**:
Responsible for managing the office including checking in and out patients, managing the flow of the clinic, some marketing activities and all administrative tasks for the clinic.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Provides outstanding customer service. Greets all patients by name and uses the script provided for new patient and report of findings appointments.
Uses established protocols and procedures for all tasks including but not limited to patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, new patient paperwork, billing, posting insurance payments and data entry (patient accounts and reports).
Uses script provided for new patient appointments and report of findings appointments.
Makes patient recalls for missed appointments, using established procedures.
Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits.
Maintains office flow.
Meets daily, weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
Handles all patient financial arrangements.
Collects patient payments, processes statements and handles collections.
Makes daily bank deposits.
Screens doctor calls and takes messages as required.
Talks to patients about Chiropractic care
Assists the doctor as needed.
Maintains schedule of therapists to assure coverage in the clinic and all administrative work related to other employees in the clinic.
Assists the doctor with marketing activities.
Attends all training sessions and staff meetings.
Arrives at least 15 minutes early for shift.
Keeps front desk area, bathrooms, neat, clean and professional in appearance.
Orders office supplies.
Conducts business and professional activities with honesty and integrity, and acts with respect toward colleagues, including all other health professionals.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.5 per week
