As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing IT projects, supporting portfolio reporting, and overseeing project financials.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Initiation and Planning:

  • Drive initiation and planning for assigned IT roadmap projects.
  • Collaborate with business owners, IT owners, and enterprise IT partners to develop business cases.
  • Create project budget estimates, Microsoft Project schedules, and all planning deliverables (Charter, Project Plan, Resource plan, forecasts, Governance structure).

Execution and Control:

  • Lead the execution of all project deliverables by collaborating effectively with delivery teams.
  • Work with enterprise IT, site IT, vendor teams, and business functions.
  • Schedule and facilitate governance reviews, status meetings, and reporting.
  • Manage budget vs. actuals, review variances, and control costs.
  • Follow change control process.

Portfolio Financial and Reporting:

  • Assist Site IT lead and Global IT PMO lead in tracking and managing portfolio financials.
  • Collaborate with other Site PMs and enterprise PMs in status reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with project leads, Enterprise IT leads, and other stakeholders for successful delivery.


Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in project management of IT Infrastructure Projects.
  • Experience in GMP and computer systems validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • End-to-end project management across IT infrastructure projects, data center, manufacturing automation, cybersecurity, IT software development, COTS, and SaaS application implementation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project Professional, planned vs. actual tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project portfolio management tools such as Servicenow, MS Project Server, Servicenow PPM, and Clarity PPM with financial tracking.
  • Skilled in leadership presentations, communications, and facilitating status meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability in collaborative leadership, team player mentality, and hands-on project management.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, agile, responsive, and take responsibility.
  • Not seeking technical architects or infrastructure delivery leads, but seasoned PMs with cross-functional collaboration, execution excellence, PMO rigor, and use of standard project management practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end IT project management experience.
  • Previous experience in a PMO setting is desirable.
