Job Description: You’re responsible for giving our golfers an exceptional experience by keeping the golf course looking great Your tasks range from walk mowing, to raking sand traps, to pulling weeds, and operating larger riding equipment. You’ll be working outdoors even when it’s hot/cold/rainysome people are committed to golf in all weather, so the work must be done.

Job descriptions can be a bit dry, so I’ll try to keep this one entertaining and get to the point.

**What you **_**really **_**want to know**:
Pay: $17 / hour
- Don’t know the first thing about golf maintenance? Don’t worry, we will train you_

Schedule**:Seasonal-** Start now and work into November and 40 hours a week

Monday
- Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm _*One day per week work will end at 10:30*_

Saturday OR Sunday 5:00am - 7:30am
- *We know you love your weekends, but people love to play golf on the weekends, so _**weekend work is required. **_That said, we’ll keep the days short and get you out of here by the time anyone else is waking up*_

Another note on the schedule: Our schedule shifts as the sun rises later. In the fall, the hours eventually shift to 6:30-3:00.

**What You Need to Know**:

- you’ll be driving all over the golf course and operating equipment.

3. Must pass a **background check** prior to employment.

**What we are looking for**:
Most importantly we need you to be **on time** and **dependable**. _Our work must be done before customers can play, if you’re not here or not on time, our customers suffer. _We’re looking for people who **care about the quality and efficiency of their work and don’t need constant supervision**—nobody likes being micromanaged anyway **Hardworking **should go without saying, but I’ll toss it in there anyway.

Bonus points if you’re **bilingual (Spanish & English)** though it's not required. **Prior experience** on a golf course or in lawn-care is also a plus, but **still not required.**
