**The Poo-sition Overview**:
If you are passionate about digital product development, health & wellness, fast paced environments, and have a track record of e-commerce success, we would love to hear from you

This poo-sition is currently hybrid with expectation to be present at least 3 days a week in our Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) office to drive collaborative and effective results.

**What You'll Doo**:

- Develop and implement the web strategy for TUSHY, ensuring that our website is optimized for growth and engagement
- Identify and strategize new opportunities, working closely with design, marketing and CX teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize website performance, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Report on website performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Oversee launch of new features, promotions, and bug fixes
- Dive deep into who are customer is and how they interact with the brand via our web experience
- Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, Clarity, and VWO to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion data
- Lead Agile sprint planning, kickoff, and standup

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in web management + development at a Shopify brand
- Strong understanding of agile methodology (sprints, standup, agile re-prioritization)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on website performance and user behavior
- Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools to track and optimize website performance
- Experience running A/B tests and actioning on those insights
- A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience building or working on mobile apps is a plus
- Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must Good sense of humor and a comfort with poop puns

At TUSHY, we believe in leveraging our hiring process as a way to support transparency. The annual base salary for this poo-sition is **85-95k USD**. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.

This annual base salary is one component of TUSHY's total compensation package. The role is eligible to participate in TUSHY's performance bonus initiatives, and may be offered an equity award (ESOP) and other incentives.
