Used Car Sales Manager

Ourisman Kia of Fairfax is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. Must have 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager. Import experience is preferred. Prefer experience in V Auto, eLead.and R&R. We are in a high traffic auto mall in a great area. Ourisman has been in business over 100 years and we know how to succeed. **Responsibilities**:
- Management of used store operations including employee development, profitability, and customer satisfaction with a concentration on the sales process and budget management
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales
- Maintains vehicle inventory. Monitors customers likes and dislikes, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock
- Utilizes reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the business
- Identifies process improvements that are value added for customer and associate experience
- Interviews, hires, trains and promotes employees to support store operations and company growth
- Manages daily store operations by interpreting, communicating and executing policies and procedures
- Resolves customer and employee issues
- Facilitates and participates in meetings and conference calls
- Managing the negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
- Appraising vehicles for trade
- Managing all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones
- Effectively and systmatically manages the assets of the department
- Maintains daily the images, pricing, reconditioning and wholesaling of inventory
- Merchandises and manages display of inventory
- Solid knowledge of VAuto is required
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
