**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and paperwork efficiently
- Proficiency in cold calling to generate leads
- Familiarity with sales management practices
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
