Job Summary:
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure. In addition, eligible employees will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the used car sales department, including all sales associates and processes
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor sales metrics and track performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and adjust pricing and inventory accordingly
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers
- Work with the finance department to secure financing for customers
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure all used cars are in top condition and address customer concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and efficient problem resolution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and sales forecasts for management
- Continuously improve the sales process and procedures to enhance the customer experience and maximize efficiency

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
