**Game Master Duties**:
As the Game Master, you are responsible for monitoring groups remotely via the control room, providing assistance through requested clues or hints, maintaining the immersive aspect of the room, coordinating with the staff, problem-solving issues efficiently, correctly resetting rooms and maintaining the organization of the control room.

**Host Duties**:
As the Host, you are the gleeful face of our company. Enthusiastic public speaking, including briefing and debriefing groups, explaining the storyline and rules, and guiding the groups to their escape room, is required. You are the first point of contact for our guests and help to set the tone for their experience. You are a guest services expert and are responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication between us and our guests. You bring a positive spirit and radiate a welcoming presence to anyone who walks through our doors.

**Additional responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Customer service oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly
- Possesses a team player mentality
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and work our software
- Basic knowledge and understanding of computers
- Willing to grow and learn in various roles outside of the immediate position
- Has strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift or carry at least 20 lbs.
- Previous Game Master/Host experience a plus but not required

- Must be available to work **WEEKENDS **(Fri-Sun; including evenings) & the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. _**This is currently a weekend only position (Fri-Sun).**_
