**This position is a hybrid position where you will be working remotely three days per week, and on-site at Smithfield Plaza (near Cleveland Clinic Martin North) two days per week.**

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. The Project Manager manages all aspects of moderately complex projects. You will lead/manage medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages all aspects of moderately complex projects.
- Leads/manages medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems.
- Completes audits. Identifies trends.
- Determines system improvements and implements change.
- Meets financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
- Participates in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
- Master’s degree and two years of experience may substitute for one year of experience.

**Certifications**:

- Project Management Certification preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- Three years project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

**Pay Range: $30.41 - $46.38 / hour
