As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $120.2 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $782.9 in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2023.
The Opportunity
Join our team as we look to expand to satisfy the needs of our growing client base. We are looking to hire an Evergreen Operations Analyst to join our team in our Suburban PA offices.
In this role, you will be joining our dynamic Evergreen team tasked with supporting the build out of Hamilton Lane’s open-ended fund strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at an established firm and grow with this product’s team. This unique role is exposed to virtually every facet of the day-to-day operations of the Fund, from front to back office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the trade and fund operations of our Evergreen funds.
- Support the investor onboarding offer process.
- Support sales efforts for the Evergreen portfolios, specifically collaborating with our internal sales team to respond to existing and prospective client inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements/restrictions of operating and marketing a retail fund in the US.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot, investigate, design, and resolve operational inefficiencies by understanding the intricacies of each team and process involved in the evergreen fund lifecycle.
- Utilize multiple sources of information to maintain weekly tracking of confirmed and pending trades from investors.
Your background will include:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- BA/BS, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience supporting sales function is a plus.
- Proven communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with and building excel models, a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be proactive, self-starter and able to interact with people who have varied personalities and work styles.
