Palm Desert, CA Location- The Job at a Glance:
We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation including additional commission and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance. - Minimum Requirements:
- Must be comfortable conducting business over the phone. This position requires an inside sales representative to make an average of 150-200 plus outbound sales calls per day
- Outgoing and personable - you pride yourself on being able to strike up a conversation with just about anyone
- Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Sales life cycle experience—_from_ lead generation through business closing
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Competitive and able to handle a fast paced _work_ environment and adapt quickly to change
- Self motivated and financially driven - Our inside sales representatives are goal oriented and understand that their hard _work_ results in financial success
- What We Are Looking For/Elements of the Job:
- We want to _work_ with a sales representative who has a “hunter’s mentality,” and has confidence in their ability to succeed in a high pressure _work_ environment.
- The sales representative must be a quick and creative thinker with the ability to be coached
- As a sales representative, you will spend your time making contact and building relationships with C-level executives and business owners all over the nation.
- We are looking for someone who loves a challenge and is passionate and aggressive in their pursuit to bring in new clients
- As a sales representative, you will be responsible for proposing marketing strategies designed to enhance your clients’ brand and grow their revenue
