**About The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Mobile Acquisition Manager**, who is passionate about investing, to own the app user acquisition strategy and execution across paid performance channels including but not limited to search, social, native, video for our investment subscription products.

The applicable salary range for this position is $100,000/yr to $130,000/yr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand

**Requirements**:

- Native English - a must
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success running mobile app acquisition strategies
- Experience in the investing industry
- In-depth knowledge of app marketing channels, including paid social, display advertising, SEM, and MAI
- Strong analytical skills and experience with app data analysis tools such as Appsflyer, Kochava, etc.
- Detail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast paced environment
- A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual that is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy**: Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase app installs and subscriptions, resulting in incremental ARR for the business.
- ** Execution**: Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and mobile app install networks (MAI).
- ** Budget**: Manage and optimize budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve results in line with ROI and CAC expectations
- ** Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify insights to inform optimization strategies, driving profitable ARR.
- ** Knowledge Base**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, CRO and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive mobile app user acquisition marketing strategies.
- ** Testing**: Implement and manage a practice of testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for CAC efficiency and driving ARR targets.
