Job Description

The Cobrand Digital Acquisition Program Manager will be responsible for the management of American Airlines (AA partner) digital marketing channels for the Client Advantage Portfolio. You will lead end-to-end campaign management, strategy, and execution of acquisitions marketing campaigns, highly focused on digital acquisitions and growth. The role will drive specific channel cards acquisitions such as AA.com, AA Online Booking Path (search and purchasing flights), AA Mobile app, and AA email through prominent marketing communication and evaluating performance drivers to transform insights into recommendations to shape future acquisition strategies. This individual will maintain strong relationships with AA through day-to-day discussions in developing and negotiating acquisition strategies, such as targeting and channel engagement to achieve segment growth.

What you will be doing:
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity
  • Manage channel level account and expense forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate program performance to drive future strategies, optimize existing channel performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring for channel compliance and control requirements
Qualifications
  • 7 + years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong project and creative management experience combined with strong people leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication is required
  • Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
  • Experience in managing partner relationships and/or external vendors
  • The ability to adapt to changes as well as thrive in a dynamic and continually evolving environment
  • Analytical skills required to report business results to management team
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment


Additional Information

Duration: 12-month contract

Location: Remote EST/CST

Rate: $35-$40/hour

The starting pay range for this role is $35/HR - $40/HR. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
