**Responsibilities**:

- Self-generate solar leads and effectively close sales.
- Close solar appointments provided by the company.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of solar products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries from potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).
- Reliable transportation is a requirement for this role.
