**About the Team**:
Music Content Center is responsible for all things music across our global products & businesses. We aspire to become the most influential music platform for the next generation of music enthusiasts to express themselves and connect. Our team provides diverse services and inspires creations, exploration and communications.
- Ownership of the product design of the global music copyright platform and publishing rights management system. Collect requirements from various business lines and music partners, dig out pain points for copyright strategy, propose solutions and design best practices;
- Work closely with R&D, design, BD and operation teams, including launching complex platform features, delivering training to internal clients & music partners, and product iteration;
- Devise applicable metrics and efficiently align stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Pay continuous attention to the efficiency of each platform module and industry trends, carry out product model innovation and iteration.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in copyright platform, To-B system design, CRM, data&strategy, and finance product, or those with equivalent experience in the music industry or content related industry (such as audio, video, literature, etc.) are preferred;
- Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience;

- Data-oriented, logical and self-motivated.
- Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems and independently own projects.
- You are a great teammate, and always have a positive and humble attitude.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $280000 annually.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
**Our time off and leave plans are**: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
