Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our team in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong focus on the smooth, timely management of appraisal orders from clients/lenders from beginning to end and delivery
- Work within industry tracking software to facilitate appraisal orders and send completed files to clients
- Monitor due dates and facilitate order completion
- Foster relationships with appraisers and work closely with the appraisal department to assist appraisers as necessary
- Assist management and client service team in operations functions and client relations responsibilities
- Provide proofreading and quality control to ensure appraisal files are ordered correctly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and a fast learner
- Friendly, outgoing, pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting letters and proofreading
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to industry specific software programs
- Real Estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in client service/customer service is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
