Lash Technician/lash Artist

Responsibilities:

- Perform eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring high-quality results, and maintain client retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
- Manage client appointments and schedule accordingly
- Work integrity is VERY IMPORTANT. Proper isolation techniques and natural lash safety is mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Must have Esthetician or Cosmetology License, no exceptions sorry.
- Must know how to do eyelash extensions for 2+ years preferred but willing to train the right person.
- Must be willing to learn and do volume lashes efficiently if not already.
- Supply your own products.
- Must have your own clientele and/or willing to start from scratch and grow your own clientele.
- Get paid per client. This will be a commission split that will be discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
