**Duties Description**

The Program Research Specialist 2 will be assigned to the Bureau of Early Intervention's (BEI) Data and Program Evaluation Unit in the Division of Family Health. This position will support fiscal and programmatic analyses of data for the NYS Early Intervention Program, which has been in place for 25 years, and currently serves more than 69,000 children and delivers over 8 million services at an annual cost of approximately $650 million.
The Early Intervention Program is required to implement the federal and state requirements, which include monitoring child and family outcomes as well as utilization of services.
