**Retail Sales Consultant Compensation**
- Minimum Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.69/hr +
- Uncapped commission opportunity based on your individual performance

**Retail Sales Consultant Qualifications**:

- Open availability for times the store is open:

- Monday
- Saturday 10 am
- 7 pm and Sunday 12-5 pm
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience
