**Job Summary**

PNI-HCM (PNI; Payroll Network, Inc.) is searching for a passionate, personable, and resourceful Content Marketing Specialist to join our innovative, strategic Marketing & RevOps Team. As the Content Marketing Specialist for PNI, your main goals are to increase brand awareness for PNI-HCM, GovConPay (GCP), and HR Advisor (HRA) by creating impactful content that educates and informs our target audiences throughout the buyer's and customer's journey while driving revenue opportunities.

You don't want to do work for the sake of doing work; you want to make an impact through tactical content that actually helps our audiences, moves the needle, and helps our business grow.

The right individual for this role must have experience as a content or social media producer in Human Resources services, payroll and HR technology (SaaS), or a similar industry. They must also have an incredible eye for detail, be digitally savvy, and be proven self-starter who works well with others.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Update & Execute Monthly Content Calendar**: This encompasses content communications across all applicable channels: PNI (65%), GCP (30%), and HRA (5%).
- **Execute a Demand Generation Social Media Strategy**:Includes all relevant social channels in tandem with the Digital Marketing Specialist and direction from the Director of Revenue Marketing for PNI and GCP.
- ** Create & Maintain Sales Enablement per Business Unit**:Ensure all sales enablement materials are up to date, consistent in brand voice and tone, follow our written copy style guide, are appropriately branded, and are correctly filed within HubSpot and SharePoint for easy access.
- **Manage & Execute Our Content Engine**: This includes writing original, thought-provoking articles for our blog that follow our SEO guidelines, developing valuable lead magnets that attract our target audience, writing press releases, and amplifying the content through the appropriate channels for the content type.
- **Event Management & Strategy Execution**: Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with all webinars, in-person events, and sponsored events, including pre-event and follow-up campaigns and technical setup.
- **Conduct Content Research**: Utilize Google and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for compelling content creation that is relevant and speaks to our target audiences.
- **Analyze & Act on Performance Data**: Review content metrics to show us the content that is resonating, what people are engaging with, and what they're responding to, and make recommendations on how we can take them on the journey we want to make sure we're spending time on the content that's getting someone to take the next step.
- **Flexible Project Management**: Maintain and update our project management tool daily and distribute content once approved.
- ** Monitor isolved Partner Portal**:On a weekly basis, identify new marketing collateral from isolved to co-brand and any product updates we need to amplify.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
- ** Required Experience**:

- 4-5 years of experience in B2B content and social media marketing, including at least 1 year of experience in marketing human resources services or payroll and HR technology, is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing communications, English, journalism, consumer psychology, or advertising, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- ** Bonus Experience**: SEO skills are a plus. Graphic design skills are a significant plus.
