Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and perform manual labor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Assist with the installation of construction components such as pipes, beams, and rebar
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role is preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

**Skills**:

- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Effective time management skills

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
