The Security Receptionist will use exceptional observation and decision-making skills to protect the security of an establishment by monitoring visitor activity and watching for suspicious behavior. **ON THE JOB**:
Your responsibilities as a Security Receptionist may vary from day to day. The following list contains, but is not limited to common responsibilities for daily operations:

- Work station in the Lobby, ensuring egress corridors are accessible.
- Checked-In authorized personnel onsite.
- Utilize office software's such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word Document.
- Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
- Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guest.
- Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining secure logs.
- Monitoring a CCTV system.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
- California Guard Card
- Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
