**Key Responsibilities**:

- The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Our DJ Rocks, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly and that the company continues to thrive and expand. This role demands a highly organized, proactive, and driven individual who can manage a fast-paced environment and maintain the highest standards of excellence. The General Manager will work closely with the owner to align on strategic goals while taking full responsibility for operational execution._

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, event logistics, and team coordination.
- Ensure all events are executed with the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain efficient processes and systems to optimize operations.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented female DJs and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

**Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Manage the company’s budget, including expense tracking, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Work with the owner to set and achieve financial goals.

**Marketing and Business Development**:

- Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Work with the owner to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive.

**Pay + How to Apply**

This position is full time M-F (and occasional weekends) from out offices in Apopka and you may be asked to travel to events across Central Florida. **Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.**
