**Emergency Roadside Dispatcher**

This position will answer and respond to any emergency or non-emergency calls to provide assistance or important information. The main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions and supervising truck routes to prioritize and organize their route.

**Our business is fast paced, changes every minute, and is not for everyone. **We provide towing and roadside assistance for over 60,000 people annually. Our footprint reaches across Madison, Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha.

**Our dispatch hub is located in Sun Prarie, WI and this is not a work from home position.**

**We run a alternating weekend schedule, which means every other weekend is required.**

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills under any type of condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
- Better-than-average knowledge of computers and typing
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to remain calm with customers in stressful situations
- Ability to relay information quickly
- Automotive knowledge
- Ability to work well with others

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls from drivers and customers
- Document and verify info with customers
- Monitor dispatch maps and lists
- Dispatch drivers to correct call order
- Call customers to update estimated arrival times
- Collect necessary charges

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
