This role offers competitive remuneration based on the qualifications and experience of the chosen candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding parking regulations by issuing warnings and citations, including monitoring for overtime or unauthorized parking. Providing basic security while conducting patrols.
  • Setting up and managing traffic control devices, performing traffic management and direction tasks.
  • Assisting in the dispatch office with routine and emergency communications, delivering information to relevant parties, and coordinating efforts with other organizations.
  • Maintaining records, preparing detailed reports, and aiding in the towing of vehicles.
  • Offering guidance to employees, students, and visitors regarding parking rules and directions, as well as overseeing uniform and equipment inventory.
  • Completing additional assigned tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of full-time professional experience

Essential Skills:

  • Capability to multitask and work collaboratively with others

Mandatory Certifications:

  • Must secure a State of Texas class C vehicle operator's license within 30 days of employment. Failure to obtain the license may lead to termination.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and engage in moderate physical activity
