POSITION SUMMARY: Serve as a visible deterrent to unlawful activities within the designated area of responsibility. Uphold the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct escort duties to ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and company assets.

· Monitor and report any infractions related to regulations, internal controls, or company policies.

· Engage professionally with both internal departments and external law enforcement agencies within the scope of authority.

· Document incidents and events accurately upon request.

· Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

· Act as an informational resource for patrons and employees regarding property locations and scheduled activities.

· Take a proactive role in fostering positive relations with employees and guests, maintaining a professional demeanor.

· Handle sensitive logs and reports, including but not limited to, accident reports, dispatch logs, and lost and found documentation.

· Stay vigilant to any issues requiring security intervention, supported by ongoing patrol activities.

· Perform escort duties in compliance with Internal Control Regulations and departmental procedures.

· Assist law enforcement agencies as needed, including support during arrests and detentions.

· Interact with external departments while following established compliance protocols, addressing crowd control issues with a focus on safety during emergencies and special events.

· Complete incident reports that accurately detail events, participants, and locations in a concise and professional manner.

· Maintain knowledge of scheduled activities and events on the property.

· Provide leadership in situations requiring security intervention, ensuring a safe environment for all.

· Present a professional appearance that reflects pride and positively represents the company and the security department.

· Be prepared to fulfill tasks assigned by the Marine or Security departments during emergencies as required.

· Deliver service to both internal and external customers that embodies the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).

· Promptly report any violations of Internal Control or State Regulations related to gaming activities to the appropriate personnel.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

· Maintain attendance levels in accordance with company policies.

· Accurately complete time card activities reflecting hours worked.

· Regularly review logs and departmental updates to ensure compliance with procedures.

· Maintain a visible patrol presence when not engaged in specific duties.

· Properly care for and operate all equipment, vehicles, and assigned property necessary for job functions.
