**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Train and educate staff on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and hazard identification.
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and develop training programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires and existing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain training records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to safety and training.
- Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance and training outcomes for management.

Qualifications:

- OSHA-approved experience and certification (e.g., OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification).
- **Fluency in Spanish** (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs and training initiatives.
- Ability to travel extensively for training courses and to conduct on-site training sessions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Experience in creating training materials and programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
