Northrop Grumman is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Director and the entire Operations Department of 100+ people in our Annapolis, MD facility.

Some responsibilities will include:
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings, travel, lunches and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Preparing expense reports in CONCUR. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years additional education and/or Administrative Support or related experience.

Experience with MS Office suite and efficiency with Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience with travel software i.e. Concur, and expense reporting.

Ability to work on site in the Annapolis, MD facility.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Northrop experience.

**Salary Range**:$60,900 - $101,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
