Gurtler Logistics is looking for a competent **Logistics Coordinator **to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and resolve issues relating to transportation, customer problems, import and export, and logistics systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including usage metrics, customer issues and resolutions, training records, work logs, and schedule documentation.
- Provide comprehensive logístical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work to improve the logistics process by negotiating with suppliers and customers, increasing efficiency, reducing unnecessary steps, and creating innovative solutions for logístical issues.
- Responsible for empty pickup coordination and follow up.
- Daily Tracking of Shipments
- Will book International Loads and follow up on all customs paperwork and shipping documents.
- Work on small packages (Breeze Orders) and ship them out per customer requests.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently, including making decisions affecting company resources.
- Well organized, efficient, and detailed oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
