**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
**JOB TITLE **- Associate Recruiter

**SUPERVISOR **- Director of Recruitment

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION **-High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred

**EXPERIENCE **- Prefer 1-2 years experience in recruiting environment
