The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with the Director of Operations, Quality Manager, Production and Engineering teams. Here is your opportunity to join a growing company with tons of opportunity for personal growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate with improvement programs for products, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain the Quality System to current ISO and Customer standards, as required seeking continuous improvement.
- Identify record, monitor and report process and product quality measurements and lead programs to improve results.
- Monitor and maintain customer Quality Ratings and continuously seek to improve PPM.
- Assist non-conformance system to record, disposition and analyze product, process and system discrepancies. Control and confine nonconforming product where appropriate.
- Maintain corrective and preventive action programs.
- Identify, acquire, calibrate and manage needed equipment, fixtures and resources.
- Assist with the timely inspection, disposition and review of customer returned parts. Consult with Sales, Production and Engineering personnel as required to determine corrective actions required.
- Assist with (Non-Conformance Reports) NCR processing internally and externally.
- Communicate with Production Team and Engineering Team in order to resolves QC issues.
- Open to cross-training within organization based on current needs
- Assist with daily operations and inspections in the machine center
- Monitor production parts output
- Assist with ensuring production goals are met

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and employees
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Excel)
- Smartsheet/Unipoint knowledge
- Quality Education/Certification is desired (But not required)
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Able to lift 45lbs and stand for long periods of time while inspecting.
- Able to work in a manufacturing, machining and warehouse environment.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools.
- Highly organized and fast learner
- Good with numbers and strong attention to detail

**USD $21.00 to $23.00/Per Hour/Plus Bonus**
