Quality Assurance / Quality Control Inspector

Specialist Network Operations LLC are seeking a QA/QC Inspector to conduct onsite field inspections of all aspects of the construction process in the building of a fiber optic network within the city of Fullerton, CA.

The position entails checking the quality of work carried out against a set of quality standards laid out by the project owners. This consists of daily onsite inspections and the completing daily and weekly reports. The job involves a lot of the day walking around the construction areas carrying out checks.

Required Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance
- Awareness of community relations
- Team player who can work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to communicate well with Project Management Team, Contractors and the Ground Crew
- Fluent in English language essential - oral communication skills and documented reporting
- Ability to read and understand set instructions and specifications
- High attention to detail
- OSHA Certification an advantage but not essential
- All training will be provided for the individual to complete their daily tasks.

Job Tasks
- Inspect/observe operations and document against Quality Standards
- Conducting QA Inspections on micro-trenching construction operations
- Inspecting training records against company requirements
- Inspect/observe operations and document against Quality Standards
- Communicate the results of inspections to the QA Field Director
- Reporting to QA Field Director

On the job and online training will be provided
- SALARY: $45,000-$55,000pa dependant on experience
- STIPENDS of up to $1500.00 PM
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 401k matching up to 3%
- 15 days PTO + Federal
- Immediate Start

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
