- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
- Complete rental transactions accurately and efficiently, including obtaining necessary identification and payment information.
- Provide detailed information about rental policies, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any damages or discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of rental vehicles, including refueling and basic maintenance tasks.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and company policies to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle status.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
