Digital Marketing Specialist

**Position Summary**:
Wishare Media Group is a Los Angeles based, we are a digital marketing agency that builds for our clients through best-in-class expertise in digital advertising platforms, search engine marketing, and creative services. We integrate our client’s needs and offer customized multimedia platforms for each client to create audiences with the highest propensity to convert into loyal customers.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of social media platforms and other marketing channels. Cross-functional communication between content creators, paid ads and creative teams is also a critical aspect of this role.

**Supporting and communication**:
- Support the directors in paid ads and marketing and distribution of advertising assets & marketing materials for campaign launch ensuring key individuals internally are equipped with everything they need
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments, including marketing, production, and purchasing, to ensure the seamless execution of creative undertakings and social content initiatives.
- Working and manage very closely with other content creators to produce and optimize creative assets
- Prepares reports on campaigns and assists with presentations for the marketing team.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare proposals for new clients as required.
**Social media platforms**:
- Social Media platforms Monitoring: Executes on the social media calendar, scheduling and posting across channels. Identify and analyze trending sounds, visuals, and concepts, and present them to the wider social team.
- Community: Connect with our audience across social media channels through comments and DMs.
- Expand KOL cooperation resources according to social media promotion needs.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, advertising, social media or a related field
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or social media specialist
- Strong knowledge of program development and design principles
- Proficiency in using Project Server or similar project management software
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
