CDW is a leading dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and a positive experience for our patients. We are looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Dental Scheduler to join our team and be an integral part of our patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage the appointment book, schedule patient appointments, handle rescheduling and cancellations, and ensure efficient use of the dentist’s time.
- **Patient Communication**: Contact patients to confirm appointments, remind them of upcoming visits, and follow up on missed appointments.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal scheduling.
- **Patient Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify patient insurance details prior to appointments and inform patients of their coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.
- **Customer Service**: Address patient inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach and the ability to handle patient concerns with care.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a scheduler, preferably in a dental or medical setting, is an advantage but not required.
- **Team Player**: Cooperative and willing to assist colleagues to ensure the best patient care.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your scheduling expertise to support the needs of patients and medical staff.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
