The Personal Services Team delivers a first-in-class experience for the Private Bank’s Latin American client base, working as a team to provide personalized concierge services including booking travel, hotels, restaurants, and events.

**Job responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors when providing concierge services, including booking travel, hotels, restaurants, and events
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including documentation in our internal tool and adhering to our eligibility guidelines, contracts, and procedures
- Maintain and provide accurate reporting, utilizing qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of data
- Diligently escalate client eligibility requests and issues to the International Private Bank Client Experience Lead and log client complaints when required
- Partner and communicate with our Client Advisors to provide excellent customer service and fulfil client booking requests
- Assist in creating a monthly newsletter circulated to clients highlighting exciting upcoming events in major cities

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic with the ability to prioritise tasks, executing quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to pull reports, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data using internal tools and Excel
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency required
