**Experience Required**Basic QualificationsStrong customer service oriented skillsPassion for working with end usersExcellent speaking skillsGreat organization skillsExceptional in high pressure situationAV experience specific to conference rooms of all typesTV and Projectors, microphones and speakers, VC equipment, automation and integration equipment (Crestron)Cisco and MTR devicesBasic PC troubleshooting skills in a corporate environmentHighly self-motivated and able to work primarily independently, as well as with a group on larger team projects and issuesPreferred Qualifications**:Solid working knowledge of the following**:Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, TeamsMonitoring software a plus (Microsoft Pro Portal, Cisco, Logitech Portal)Proficient with Microsoft TeamsWorking knowledge of Zoom meetingsKnowledge of AV in large environmentsKnowledge of Webcams, headsets, and speaker/puck audio Dedicated AV experience or primary function

**Roles & Responsibilities**Checking all conference rooms on a regular basisTest all aspects of rooms equipment

Hardware power status confirmationBattery levels on items like remotesConfirm correct functionality of all audio and video featuresTroubleshooting technical issuesWork with vendors as needed to resolve issuesEnsure rooms are in good looking orderWork with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the spaceUtilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issuesAssist users with immediate room issue or needsTroubleshoot active problems in personWork with vendors as needed to resolve issuesAV TrainingHold regular training sessions with the siteUsage of the equipmentBest practicesGeneral AV support questionsTrack and respond to ServiceNow work requestWork with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local sitePoint person for all AV needs your site hasSpecial Projects; work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
