This Client Success Manager (CSM) is a dynamic client-facing role that is responsible for developing and maintaining deep client relationships with ECRI clients, and ultimately helping to champion their business retention with ECRI. This role focuses on understanding a client’s business objectives, being proactive with a client’s potential needs, and ensuring clients receive the most from their partnership with ECRI. The CSM will be the primary point of contact for specific ECRI clients, helping to drive brand loyalty. The CSM will build and maintain trusting relationships with their assigned clients and focus on overall satisfaction across all ECRI solutions. This helps to drive revenue retention overall and identification of expansion opportunities.
