We are currently seeking a Client Success & Payroll Representative for our Paylocity Team.


While direct payroll experience would be ideal, we are willing to train the right candidate. Attention to detail, accurate data entry and an ability to provide excellent customer service are the cornerstones of success for this role. Some of our most successful employees have come from other fields including hospitality, data entry, finance, human resources, retail and office management. We are expanding our team and open to exploring stable, growth oriented careers with applicants. We offer a hybrid work opportunity for employees after 6 months.


The Paylocity Client Success &Payroll Representative is responsible for the tactical execution of the Paylocity platform for Brabo's clients. Our clients range from small accounting firms, real estate, manufacturing, service industries, hospitality and restaurants to exclusive boutiques and non-profits. As a valued member of the team, this person will work to execute the day-to-day tasks for our clients on the Paylocity platform. Depending on the background of the individual that ends up coming on board, the role will have a responsibility for weekly payroll tasks, client inquiries and human resources tasks.

Performance Objectives:

  • Assist clients on the Paylocity platform
  • Assist clients with processing payroll
  • Assist in adding employees
  • Assist clients in setting up deductions
  • Assist clients in setting up paid time off
  • Assist clients with overseeing integrations with Paylocity
  • Assist clients in calculating final pay for employees
  • Attend Bi-Weekly 1:1s
  • Maintain professional relationships with Clients, Vendors, Partners, and peers
  • File payroll and employment-related tax & employment reports to federal, state, and local agencies or insurance carriers
  • Provide clients with requested reports
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints and escalations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Service customers using Zendesk, TextMagic, slack and other technology provided by Brabo
  • Hybrid Remote role
  • Assist with other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience
  • 2+ years in payroll, HR, or related fields (including office management, data entry, AP/AR, recordkeeping etc)
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent comfort in navigating a computer
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Paylocity experience preferred but not required.
