Csr (Customer Support Representative)

**What You'll Do**
- Represent and sell products and/or services to existing and new customers in the market area
- Seek to engage with customers, build rapport understand their needs, and offer solutions
- Provide robust customer service with a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
- Customer service may include assisting with on-site machine setup and training customer
- Work as a team player willing to help in any area of the store, between departments, as needed

- Organized and highly motivated
- Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as staying organized and able to operate under stress.
- Comfortable using Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Sales experience preferred. Long hours may be required to maximize sales and achieve/surpass annual sales goals.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record and have the ability to pull a trailer and haul equipment. CDL preferred.
- Will be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and a telephone.

- Hearing ability is sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed.
**Preferred Experience**
- 1-3 years** of **Customer Service, with experience selling parts and service department services
