Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for their valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and software.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer information, including shipping details and payment processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including shipping and inventory, to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service team.
