**Office Manager Job Description**
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated **Office Manager **who will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative function and activities of the office. The Office Manager’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling day to day office activities.
**Office Manager Responsibilities**:
- Process daily Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoices using computerized software programs.
- Receive and verify work orders and requisitions for goods and services.
- Ensure invoices comply with the contractual billing requirements.
- Assist with HR: implement policies and procedures, manage benefits administration
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Oversees petty cash fund.
- Process specific requests from other departments (i.e., inventory/supplies order forms, etc.)
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
- Verifies and obtains signatures for specific forms and records related to employees.
- Assists with special events planning.
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Monitor quality of work, undertake performance reviews and assess training needs
- Oversee coordination of schedules, efficient work distribution and relief needs as required
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
**Office Manager Requirements**:
- High school diploma or other certification in business, administration, or a related field.
- 3 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Spanish speaking required-Multilingual may be preferred, but not required.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs at time
- **Salary is Based on Experience**_
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
