As a Commercial Loan Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping small businesses secure the financing they need to grow. With direct financing through our private equity channel and access to a vast network of strategic partners, we offer a comprehensive suite of lending solutions, making us a one-stop shop for businesses seeking financial support.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative based in our Newburyport office, you'll be equipped with the tools and support necessary to excel. From your personalized sales desk with dual-monitor docking station to our cloud-based CRM system and extensive lead database, you'll have everything you need to succeed. Our comprehensive training program will familiarize you with our sales process and product offerings, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to thrive in this role. We're seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a relentless drive to achieve their career and financial goals. **Qualifications**:

- Willingness to learn and improve
- Preferred: Prior experience in sales
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prospect, manage relationships and close sales
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners nationwide
- Prospect and outreach to develop new opportunities
- Handle customer service-related requests as they arise
- Answer inbound calls from existing/prospective customers

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary from $75,000-$100,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
- Earn Commissions on repeat customers (85% of our clients work with us more than once)
