**Call Center Rep**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling incoming calls from customers or clients. Your primary goal will be to assist patients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding products, services, or inquiries
- Assist patients scheduling appointments
- Help patients with questions before and after the appointments
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Management between patients and pharmacists when they have issues with prescriptions, directions, pending medication, new requests or complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned for example: verifying patients insurances.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology is a plus
- Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
