_Banner Christian is a dynamic K-12 school located in Chesterfield, Virginia. We are looking for individuals who feel called to join us in our mission through service in the following teaching position: upper school math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, advanced math, calculus)._

**Upper-Level Math**

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and professional teacher who is passionate about Christian education and discipleship at the upper school level for the 2024-2025 school year.

**These positions require**
- a dynamic faith in Christ and a strong love for students that draws them closer to God through example and discipleship
- a bachelor’s degree or higher in math or related field
- teaching experience in upper-level math (preferred, but not required)
- teacher certification from ACSI or willingness to obtain
- a background check
- a completed
- effective classroom management that is conducive to a productive learning environment
- utilization of a variety of instructional methods in delivering course content and gauging student learning using multiple assessment methods
- maintenance of records on the school management system (FACTS)
- effective communication with students, parents, administration, faculty, and staff
- adherence to and enforcement of school policies and practices; functioning as a team player
