POSITION OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This detailed and organized Operations Director will work closely with the Executive Team in oversight of the operations at the headquarters of Business Connect. They will directly report to the CEO and work to fulfill Logistics, Production, Warehouse Management, and Procurement with a team of staff members. They would have three direct staff reports to them; the Logistics Manager, Production and Warehouse Manager, and the Procurement and Systems Manager.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Oversight of production and product management in the warehouse
- Create and maintain SOPs for production and product management
- Oversee production team for various products
- Oversee the training and management of the production and warehouse staff
- Oversee the warehouse, raw materials room, and the WIP room
- Oversee the volunteer production team
- Oversee the warehouse, staging and storage of inventory
- Oversight of Logistics of product movement
- Oversee the Logistics Manager and logistics operations
- Oversee SOPs and sustainability of the logistics work
- Oversight of Procurement and Systems
- Oversee the inventory management and procurement processes
- Oversee the forecasting required for procurement workflow
- Oversee SOP’s and Min/Max levels of raw and finished goods

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
